everything was great. We originally booked a suite which was on the third floor, but the elevator had broken down and due to the fact that I’d had surgery I was unable to take the stairs. the hotel staff moved us to a room on the first floor and refunded the price difference. the staff was so friendly and helpful. the pool was beautiful and the bed was soooooo comfortable. everything was clean. the restaurant was great we had dinner and breakfast and the food was good. and the shuttle to the airport was quick and pleasant. very pleased with our stay!

The room was perfect, the view from the window was even better, bed was so comfy all the sheets were clean, towels super clean even the bath rug. There was a coffee machine in the room as well that was cool. The lobby was really nice. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the morning was peaceful and quiet. Best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. 😄

I got to be with my best friends for the Comic Con. We loved being able to just walk to the convention center then come back to our cozy room. I got to make such good memories there with them. We loved everything. Even the freezing pool and hot jacuzzi!
